Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted within 14 DAYS of receiving your order--no exceptions.
All CYDWOQ shoes bags and belts are made to order in our factory in Burbank, California.

Adjustments can be made FREE OF CHARGE to your order if you are not fully satisfied with the fit, as long as the adjustments are PRE-APPROVED
by CYDWOQ --- contact us by emailing info@cydwoq.com or call us @ (818) 848-8307 to get pre-approval.

You will have to pay a shipping fee of $15 for any adjustments or exchanges.

Shoes made to non-standard specifications (i.e. two different shoe sizes, irregular measurements and requests, or alteration of model shoe sample)
can be adjusted, but are FINAL SALE and non-refundable.

In the event that you need to return your shoes, we will either issue you a store credit for the full amount or refund your purchase price (excluding shipping) minus a 20% restocking fee per item (July 2016).

To receive permission to return or exchange your order, please email emmaf@cydwoq.com. 
She will contact you within 2 - 4 business days with an RA number and more information on how to return your order.

Please do not send any shoes, bags, or belts back without pre-approval. Anything sent here without pre-approval will be returned to sender.
